Our services may or may not be covered by some extended medical plans — please check with your provider to see if they cover the services of hypnotherapy.

Once you have purchased your session, you will be sent an intake and suggestibility questionnaire , which you will need to complete before we schedule your session and email back to us. For payment please click the pay pal link at the bottom of this page. You don't have to have a pay pal account. You can also pay by cred card. Please contact us if you encounter any issues regarding payment. Another options for payment is that we can email you an invoice.
